Meet Kizzie

I’m Kizzie Bratton-Johnson, a neurodivergent wellness coach, spiritual guide, and legacy builder.

For years, I felt overwhelmed, misunderstood, and like I was constantly falling short in a world that wasn’t built for minds like mine. I tried to fix myself. I tried to shrink, conform, and fit into systems that were quietly draining the life out of me.

Until one day, I stopped.

I realized I was never the problem. I didn’t need fixing—I needed the right tools, the right space, and the permission to be fully and unapologetically myself.

That realization became The Lumari Legacy.

This is more than a brand — it’s a sanctuary. A space where you reconnect with yourself, honor your sensitivity, and build a life that truly feels fulfilling to live. Here, we blend practical tools with spiritual wisdom to help you heal, grow, and return to your power.

My Passion

I am deeply passionate about helping neurodivergent women move from survival mode into alignment, peace, and radical self-trust.

For too long, we have been handed systems that were never designed for us— and then blamed when those systems failed us. We’ve been called too much, too sensitive, too complex… when in truth, those are the very things that make us extraordinary.

My work is about creating something different.

A space where your sensitivity is not a weakness — it’s your superpower.
Where your complexity is honored — not minimized.
Where healing isn’t rushed, forced, or performative — but deeply personal, supported, and sacred.

Through The Lumari Legacy, I create tools, experiences, and guidance that meet you exactly where you are… and gently guide you back to yourself.

My Goals

My goal is simple — to leave a legacy of healing.

Through The Lumari Legacy, I am building more than a brand—I am building a movement. One that centers neurodivergent women, honors our lived experiences, and creates space for us to thrive—loudly, boldly, and unapologetically.

I am here to create resources, programs, and a community that outlives me.
Something lasting.
Something sacred.
Something that reminds every woman who finds it: you are always worthy of this.

I want little girls who think like we do to grow up knowing —
they are not broken.
they are not alone.
and there has always been someone building a place just for them.

Guided by light. Rooted in legacy.

If you’ve been searching for a space that finally understands you… you’ve found it.
Welcome home.
